Since earning my Master’s degree in 2015, I’ve dedicated my career to supporting children and families through life’s most challenging transitions. My journey began with a Bachelor’s degree in 2007, and I’ve worked extensively with the Department of Social Services, where I gained deep insight into the systems and struggles people often face.

I have a quiet demeanor, but don't mistake that for hesitation—I’m confident in my abilities and deeply committed to helping you grow and thrive. I believe that meaningful change begins with connection. That’s why I enjoy getting to know my clients on a deeper, three-dimensional level—not just who you are today, but who you’ve been and who you hope to become.

Ashley Hayden is a dedicated social worker with a strong background in supporting individuals across the lifespan, including children, adolescents, and adults. Ashley holds both a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Social Work from Salisbury University, where she developed a deep commitment to helping others navigate life's challenges.

With experience across a range of settings, Ashley takes a solution-focused approach to her practice, working collaboratively with clients to create personalized, effective strategies for growth and well-being. She values trust, innovation, and compassion, ensuring a supportive environment for all those she works with.

Outside of her professional life, Ashley is passionate about spending quality time with her family and believes in the importance of connection and care in both her personal and professional spheres.

With over 10 years of experience in the mental health and social work realm, my passion lies in helping people navigate life’s toughest challenges, whether that’s healing from childhood trauma, finding balance between work and life, or figuring out who you are during the transition to adulthood. I specialize in working with teens, emerging adults, and adults, creating a safe, supportive space where you can explore your feelings and build resilience.
